1. Drive and maximise customer service opportunities.

Il "Programma di tirocini del Ministero degli Affari Esteri" costituisce una collaborazione fra il Ministero degli Affari Esteri (attraverso l'Istituto Diplomatico) e le Università italiane, col supporto della Conferenza dei Rettori delle Università italiane (CRUI) in qualità di gestore organizzativo.

Il programma rappresenta un’importante iniziativa che avvicina il mondo accademico e il mondo del lavoro (nella fattispecie quello della diplomazia e delle relazioni internazionali) offrendo a laureandi e neo-laureati la possibilità di effettuare un periodo di formazione-lavoro presso il Ministero, le sue rappresentanze diplomatiche, gli uffici consolari, le rappresentanze permanenti presso le organizzazioni internazionali e gli Istituti di Cultura. I tirocinanti potranno quindi approfondire la loro personale formazione, e al tempo stesso sperimentare la realtà lavorativa, comprendendo logiche e sistemi di relazioni proprie del mondo produttivo.
