Customer Sales Representative – Luton Airport

This position would suit an individual who thrives in a busy environment. This is a demanding role with the key focus being on sales and improving branch revenue.
Previous Sales and Customer service experience required. A full valid driving licence and a second language is desirable.

Reporting to

The Supervisor / Duty Manager

Job purpose

Ensuring the delivery of first class service to all our customers with emphasis on NPS, selling and revenue maximisation
Promote the sale of ancillary products, optimise Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and optimise usage of the assets of the branch

Key-result areas (Major Accountabilities) (What is done and for what purpose)

1. Drive and maximise customer service opportunities.
2. Work closely with other key departments within the organisation to develop the branches and enhance service delivery.
3. Ensure that rental, security, control of Company assets and Health and Safety procedures are met and adhered to.
4. Ensure that all rentals, re-rents, reservations and quotations are completed in accordance with Hertz Procedures and policies.
5. Drive sales of ancillary products and maximise revenue growth.
6. Plan and monitor so that required tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Professional Experience:
• Previous customer service experience and strong sales skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a variety of tasks.
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication
